The Coaching Process:

While every coaching relationship has its own specific needs, structure and expectations, our coaching process involves the following key elements:

Stage One: Foundation & Contracting

• The Coaching Program begins with introductory interview session. Our people will meet with several key company leaders and executives who will be participating in the program. The participant interview enables us to understand the needs of the organization and helps us to custom design our program to produce specific, defined results. You discuss the current reality and desired outcomes. If a fit is established, a coaching agreement is signed.

Stage Two: Planning & Need Analysis

• You and Coach meet further to examine needs such as employee challenges, work/life balance considerations, career goals, etc. Areas of highest priority are established.

Stage Three: Breakthrough Coaching

• Once we have identified the areas requiring support, our program facilitator will work with you to provide coaching to ensure that your needs are met. Much of the Coaching we provide is delivered through one-to-one coaching, backed by workshops, training programs and on-going training sessions.

Stage Four: Implementation

Focusing on the identified areas for support and development, critical issues, potential roadblocks and essential behaviors are identified. Priorities are re-evaluated and the action plan is written. This plan focuses on key developmental objectives and includes specific measurable results and time targets.
